Title: (Solved) Game profile issue with the last two beta firmwares
Post by: Wacken on February 07, 2025, 12:08:17 PM
Hello Reasnow team. With the last and current beta firmware, the problem arose that after a while I could no longer shoot and sprint. I then switched to the latest official firmware and didn't have the problem there. I was able to solve the problem by backing up my game profiles using the backup function and then deleting all the data in the firmware tool. Then installed the latest beta and first created a new and clean game profile. Now I could play again without any problems. However, I'm wondering if I restore the backup, will the problem occur again? Ok, I could test it myself, but I'm also interested in whether the problem is already known and whether it's better to recreate the profiles with every upgrade? Does the backup function only back up the game profiles or also the firmware?

The backup function only backs up the config files stored in the ReaSnow S1, it does not back up the firmware, so the problem you described does not occur.
