we found a ReaSnow D1 issue with PS5 compatibility after the PS5 update today
and are still working on it.

Have a little patience, it arrived to me personally 1 week ago too. I don't think they'll keep customers that long without being able to use the product. :-\

For now it seems like neither the ReaSnow D1 nor the Besavior U5 are working as intended at the moment. Both devices were affected the same way by the Ps update making them more or less unfunctional. Technically the Besavior U5 and the D1 do the same thing, they both grant you ps5 authentication. Yet if you are using the ReaSnow S1 I would highly recommend you going with the D1 instead of the Besavior as soon as they start working again.

d1. Is it better than u5 for ps5?
Both devices were working perfectly fine and well before the update, so no matter which one you pick, you won't regret buying it once they start working again. However if you only want to use it with the S1 on your ps5 I would recommend the D1 simply because it's well optimised and made for being used with the S1, while also being partly integrated into the app. If you might want to use other Adapters next to the S1 at some point though maybe go with the U5 since I don't think the D1 is working with other adapters.

So does beloader works , since u5 and d1 dont work?
Since the Beloader is using Remote Play for ps5 authentication I am assuming it should be working as intended at the moment. I am currently just using a laptop for that purpose and it's a good solution for now until the other two start working again.

I'm using playstation 5 with reasnow s1 and d1. dualsense disconnected every 30 seconds and and reconnected.
Works with besavior controller but does not work with d1
When will you release the new update for this problem?

hey guys.
A tip to continue enjoying the S1 is to connect it directly to your cell phone using the PS5's remote play. I'm doing this and there is no lag at all. I think it's a faster and cheaper way to continue playing without the need to buy new accessories and in a simple way.

How did you connect the keyboard and mouse using the phone and where did you connect reasnow?

If you can, try turning off this type of accessory light. I use it on Wi-Fi with a 5GHz connection and I can't notice any delay.

Hi all!
Haven't seen anyone post about this so I thought I'd share with you what I found out.
If you have a DualShock 4, then just plug it into your S1, then plug an S1 into your PS5.
Yeah, it doesn't let you play PS5 version of the game but at least it's something (most fps have a ps4 version anyways).
Hope this helps someone. Waiting for the fix...

Hello ! I couldn't perform the method you mentioned. Could you please briefly guide me on how to do it step by step? How is the connection made between the phone and PlayStation? How are the keyboard and mouse used?

You will need an adapter for your cell phone port. connect the s1 to the cell phone. Some cell phones need to have the screen off when you plug the cable into the cell phone for the S1 to turn on. After that, open the remote play app on your cell phone. If the S1 is on, make your normal connections as if you were connecting to the PS5 itself. Maybe your cell phone doesn't have that much power to turn on the keyboard and mouse lights, so try leaving them off.

I have used USB Type-c (male) to USB 3.0 (female) adapter and just connect reasnow to it , start remote play and that is all. Btw i am using android phone ,dont know about iphone. Only problem I have is that I dont have solution for headset. When i use second controler and second account there is anoying message on top of screen that say "remote play connected" cant get rid off it, and when using usb to audio coverter ,sound on headset is so low. Does anyone have good solution to get rid off that message? Btw changing ps5 language wont work.

I'm in auto mode. I wanted to ask developers to leave here at least weekly some information for their customers on how new updates are being handled. thanks.

We did have some technical issues. ReaSnow and competitors with the same type of product had the same issues. We look forward to the day when this issue can be resolved, but this will need to be done at the technical source and may take a longer time.

So why don't you guys focus and make the s1 more accessible on Android phones. To have a better interaction with the reasnow configuration app plugged directly into the cell phone's USB, making it more efficient in terms of battery consumption, and other adaptation facilities with remote play, thank you....

S1, D1 combo not working after 30 seconds-1minute being connected. I?ve managed to figure out how to connect everything perfectly according to REASNOW WEBSITE:Instruction manual.
Update S1 on pc, change boot mode to PS5,D1, update D1 on PC, then connect D1 directly to PS5 in first port, second port connect PS5 remote, connect third port to S1, connect Wheel-shifter-ebrake, everything works for only a few seconds or maybe 1-2 minutes. Is there a solution being developed by your team by chance. I love your products and if possible would rather not have to sell my S1 and D1. I successfully connected my switch to my G29 wheel, and I?m able to play the S1 stand alone with my G29 wheel perfectly. However, when I use the D1 to play PS5 games it just stops working in the middle of my gameplay. Can I please have some help with this, I just purchased these products I spent almost 200.00 on them and I can?t use them the way as advertised.
