Title: PS4 double controller press to keyboard in destiny?

I have just bought the cross hair for my PS4 and am finding it great. One question.... in destiny how can I map the double controller key press of L1 and R1 pressed together for super ability to a single key on the keyboard? I have been using the default crosshairs destiny setting with default PS4 destiny controls and although it works fine I would like to change some keys to make it easier.... also how can I map change weapons in the game to my mouse wheel scrolling instead of button 1?
