Title: My crosshair isnt working

I just got my Crosshair today. I've been trying a bunch of different ways of hooking it up and watching a bunch of different videos but none of them are helping. My problem is when I plug my keyboard and mouse into the Crosshair the mouse works at first but it's not picking up my keyboard. And then it will switch my joysticks to where the joystick that I used to move is now the joystick I use to look around on my Xbox controller. And it will make my mouse turn into the input of movement so when I move my mouse left my character will walk left

based on your description, i think you have activated a feature, swap left and right stick.
please delete all your configs in cross hair,
and add only ONE "CUSTOM CONFIG" in it, mark it as "start up"
and save.
Do not change anything in it, and try again!

I tried making a new configure it didn't work. the mouse works fine but the second I press Escape it starts going crazy and it changes my mouse to where it moves my character instead of looking around. And what you said in that other person's problem you said send screenshots or videos I tried to send a video through email to the email you left him but it said I couldn't because the video was too big.

Hi, it seems your trouble is caused by an incompatible keyboard.
your mouse works normally in this video.
1/can you try a new keyboard and test again?
2/you may also follow this topic and send us the captured data,
we will evaluate whether it's possible to add the support for it.

Does the different years effect the compatibility like the 2014 or 2016.

it will depend on the keyboard procuder,
if their keyboards are using the same usb protocols,
there, of course, will be no problem.

but if they change the communication,
it will have to be evaluated again!
