Title: "Red display and intermittent sound"

I apologize if there is already another discussion but I am Italian and I don't speak English well and it's hard for me to find it.

I've got CrossHair for over a year and it's always worked well, but yesterday, after several months of non-use, i  found a problem.
Once connected to the Ps4, to the Joistick, to the mouse and the keyboard, the display turns red and the device starts playing intermittently.
What does it mean? Is it broken, or I'm doing anything wrong?

firstly, i would suggest you upgrade your cross hair to the latest version.

and most of the red logo with some beeps are caused by unstable connections between cross hair and the controller,
so please try a new and qualified usb cable to connect controller to cross hair.
