We JUST released Cross Hair Manager V4.5.10/V1.73.21/V3.12.14 for fixing some bugs found recently.
Cross Hair Manager Version 4.5.10
FIX:
A bug in boot sequence
remove new version message for less Anti-Virus false positives
Repairing disabled in Repair mode
Bluetooth pairing record lost on SWITCH
Cross Hair Manager Version 1.73.21
FIX:
A bug in boot sequence
remove new version message for less Anti-Virus false positives
Cross Hair ManagerV3.12.14-ForSWITCH
PS: This Version V3.12.14 is a special version for Nintendo Switch console only,
please DO NOT use this version for other consoles.

Save and repairing disabled in PC mode
