can i use macro on 3rd party controller?
in this case i use xone elite controller on ps4, i want to put macro rapidfire on R2..

yes, you can do that.
and in this case, do cancel the original mapping of R2, set it to NONE in the primary and secondary mapping.

And what about hotkey in macro manager?set to none?

you should set hotkey of Macro to R2(J5),
